**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND / OR THE SAVING OF LIVES BY SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO THE IMPROVEMENT OF TESTING, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, MORTALITY AND PREVENTION OF RARE AND AGGRESSIVE FORMS OF CHILDHOOD CANCERS WITH LOW SURVIVAL RATES, WITH A FOCUS ON CHILDHOOD BRAIN CANCERS SUCH AS EMBRYONAL TUMOURS WITH MULTI LAYERED ROSETTES "ETMR", DIFFUSE INTRINSIC POUTINE GLIOMAS "DIPG", AND ATYPICAL TERATOID/RHABDOID TUMOURS "AT/TR, PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH WILL BE DISSEMINATED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT
