Harrietsham Preschool CIO was registered in November 2018 by the trustees of Harrietsham Playgroup Association (1021287) with a view to moving from an Unincorporated Charity structure to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. 

During the financial year 2020-21 the completion of the transfer to the new structure was not completed.
