**Trustees Report** Attitude Magazine Foundation Charity number: 1180876 Address: The Cowshed, Ladycross Farm, Hollow Lane, Dormansland RH7 6PB Trustees: Darren Styles OBE, Nigel Russell, Tom Tillmon

The Attitude Magazine Foundation ("AMF") was founded in 2018 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in support of LGBTQ causes.

Its declared intent is to provide assistance to those within the LGBTQ community who need help, providing either direct assistance or via a series of charity partners. AMF is managed on a day-to day basis by its Trustees.

Additional Trustees may be recruited if the existing Trustees consider that it is necessary or desirable for AMF to benefit from any relevant skills or experience that they may provide.

The work of AMF had been severely curtailed by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions imposed by the Government on everyday activities. However activity recommenced during the period under review and AMF continued to provide support through donations wherever possible while at the same time preserving the financial position of the Foundation.

AMF has thus far distributed around £130,000 to various charitable organisations, the largest donation being £15,000, the smallest £500. AMF is 100% funded from donations received and from events run at a profit.

Donations may be applied to any causes deemed appropriate and worthy within the LGBTQ mandate and AMF has not currently set aside any specific reserves.
