| their respective fields. Therefore, trustees value professional and personal |
| development for both Trustees and Volunteers. New trustees and Staff, |
| including volunteers are given induction regarding the charity policies and |
| working document. They are encouraged and supported in their training and |
| development to enhance efficiency and competencies in carrying out their |
| tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve the objects of the charity. |
| The trustees usually meet quarterly and as the need arises; to review, plan |
| activities and monitor progress and developments. |
