2. 2020 AGM missed due to Covid pandemic – This AGM covers the 2020 and 2021 AGM 

3. Approval of Annual Report and Accounts for year ending 5 Feb 2021 AW to add one line to accounts  ‘Grants previously received from Co op and WODC covered the balance of costs)
