parenls and fomef parents (the volunteers). Trustees and volunteers are recrufted from our membershlp
slruclure. Our members are the families, IndivSdu81s and offJanisatlons that 511PPOrt our purwses 8nd wlsh to
have a sgy as to how we achleve our purposes through our work,

We have welcomed 7 new ¢hildren since our last AGM, ond we hope you have all settled in well. We

We are in the process of r8C¢Uiting An additiongl st8ff member lo ensure we remain within rallo as numbers
grow. Sarah has now completed her Level 3 SENCO tralning and the whole team continue lo pdorit159 their
profession81 development to ensure we stay fully up lo dale with legislation and best practice.
Baby & Toddler Group
Our Baby and T¢)ddler Group continues to flourlsh. It runs every Monday al the Village Hall 8nd proMde$ 8
lovely opportunity for families to meet and connect.

All events are run by staff and committeo on a voluntary basis. Even half an hour of help make5 a real

Looking ahead to this year we start off in a good position with money in the bank, but there are challenges.
There wlll be a further 6.7 % addttlonal salary Cost from April 2026 plus the recently announced 2% Inc￿&Se
in Nl contributions.
We expect Grant Income lo Increase durfng the year as from September 2025 there are now 30 houtS Paid
for all children (Whe￿ both parents work at least 16 hours p8r week}.

payments we bèlieve that we ¢an maintain our fees al the current rates for the remalnd&r of th8 year.
We do face a challenge ai the end of this ye8r because w8 have $0 many Children. now aged three, who will
be leaving after the summer tem. Our income i5 expected lo drastically reduce, whilst many of our expenses
wlll rem8ln flxed. However, we belleve that we have sufficlenl reserves lo ¢ombat Ihls.

The bank balan¢e carried fO￿ard lo August 2025 w85 £31.311.53 8nd our S8ving5 Account (Reserves) was

to borrow lo cover the expenses in the late summer and early autumn months when there is no grant

Wrth this in miné we b&lieve that we can m8in18in our fees at the Current rates for the
