**consists of Early Education children for**
**whom we receive funding from the local**
**authority. We have a Service Level**
**Agreement in place with the Local**
**authority to this effect which is normally**
**reviewed every two years.**
**For Gems and Jewels, we receive**
**income from fees charged to parents**
**and carers and also from the local**
**authority via the 30-hour Childcare**
**Offer. Parents of 3- and 4-year-old**
**children can access the offer to cover**
**childcare costs for the hours attended at**
**our Little Gems and Jewels groups.**
**Fees charged to parents not on the**
**scheme are also reviewed regularly to**
**ensure that they are in line with fees**
