Our Little Treasures group**<br>**consists of Early Education children for**<br>**whom we receive funding from the local**<br>**authority. We have a Service Level**<br>**Agreement in place with the Local**<br>**authority to this effect which is normally**<br>**reviewed every two years.**<br>**For Gems and Jewels, we receive**<br>**income from fees charged to parents**<br>**and carers and also from the local**<br>**authority via the 30-hour Childcare**<br>**Offer. Parents of 3 and 4 year old**<br>**children can access the offer to cover**<br>**childcare costs for the hours attended at**<br>**our Little Gems and Jewels groups.**<br>**Fees charged to parents not on the**<br>**scheme are also reviewed regularly to**<br>**ensure that they are in line with fees**<br>**paid by the Offer.**|
