The Trustees can confirnl the Charity actively continued to work to promote and advance Clinks Car Farn]
in accordance with the Charity's objects.
Financial Review
For the year to 30 April 2025. filnds were raised of £54,969 greatly increased on lasl year, allowing for the
necessary charity expenses and farn] r¢pairs, leaving a net surplus of £36,820.
The trust reserves remain in a good financial position, being improved on last year's reserves at £58.796.
Adequate reserves are held for the ongoing costs and rnaintenance of ihe farni.
Structure, Governance and Nlanagement
The Friends of Clinks Care Farm was Ci)nstituted dated l O, July 2017, and amended 29, October 2018.
Trustees are appointed from ihos¢ in Lldersliip.

charity for the year ended 30th April 2025 which are set out on pages 110 2.

As lh8 charity trustees of the Trust, you are r8sponsible for the preparation
of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 1.the Act").
I r8POrt in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followéd the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145151{b} of the Act.
