New trustees are appoinled by the ￿rrent trustees from p80ple over 16 who have 8hovffl a keen interest
in th& work ofthe charity have abllrties required on the goveming body.
The board shall consist of at least three trustees and at least one of thè trustees must ba 18 year8 of age
or over. When they are inducted the trustees are pre8ented wllh a current copy of the consttiution and
latest annuai r8POrt and financial ststements.

The foundation has generated inu)me and awarded grants under its fomwl Grant making policy as
shown wthin the financial statements. The charity hag been abk to offer SLFPPOrt the follw'ng main
charities.
Les Collls Charftablo Company LBG- is a charty registered in Guerrw operates
coMmerc￿lIY in order to provtrje charitable income to the ￿mMun￿ of Guernsey. Th8 lifeblood of
the organisation, rts values and ethos are all based on a shared bel￿1 that we are a resource for the
community. The charty accepts donatTh)s to enabb8 the chantys support to be offered.
The chanvs involvement in the communty covers a number of different prole¢ts. Including..
Partnerships wth Les Nicolle$, Amherst School and the proba*"on service. The Pat Methman
P8a¢e Garden. Food for Famlli8s project and Work the Christon community.

The trustees, roseNe8 pc4icy is to retaln adequats reserves for next 12 mcrfths running cost8, and that
funds in excess of this amount fall within the gr4ing when grants are considered, pefiodically.
Any funds held by the chanty are retsined in bank accounts with the provhlers shown ¢)n the ¢harity
Informatson p89e. These funds are o)nshJ8red to be held in It7w nsk accounts.
