**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS, SUFFERING FROM LIFE LIMITING CONDITIONS OR TERMINAL ILLNESS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO COME UNDER SOUTHAMPTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, THE TEENAGE AND YOUNG ADULT CANCER WARD, SOUTHAMPTON, AND NAOMI HOUSE CHILDREN'S HOSPICE BY PROVIDING: · MAGICAL MEMORIES FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES FOLLOWING DIAGNOSIS · SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL RELIEF FOR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HARDSHIP AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE DIAGNOSIS OF THEIR CHILD, OR YOUNG ADULT, WITH LIFE LIMITING CONDITIONS

**Activities:** Supporting children and young adults with life limiting conditions or terminal illness and their families who come under Southampton Children's Hospital, the Teenage and Young Adult Cancer Ward, Southampton and Naomi House Children's Hospice.  We offer financial relief for families experiencing hardship and offer families the opportunity to make some magical memories
