TRUSTEES REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024
The Injstees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies sel out in note 1 lo the accounts
and comply with th¢ charity's goveming document. the Companies A¢1 2006 and the Statement of
Recommended Pra￿lee, "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in March 2005.

The charity's trustees are a husband and %wfe, a family friend and their solicitor.
The trustees has assessed the major risks lo which the charity is exposed. and are satisfied that systems 81e in
place lo mitigate exposure lo the major risks.
Objectlvès and actlvltles
The charity's objects are the advancement of any exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of England
an(J Wales Ihat the charity trustees may in their absolute discretion dètèmiine from tirne to time. There has been
no change in these policies during the year.
The trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Chanty Comm5ssion in deciding what acbvities the
charity should undertake.
The activities ol the charty during the year were to invest fLsnds into the Charity wth 8 view to making a donation
to a ch8nlable causo.
Achlevements and perfomian¢•
The charity achieved il's objective in the first year by donaling to a charitable cause.
Flnancial review
During the year, funds were donated into the trust lo cover the expenses and donation made. Al the balance
sheet date, £16,404 remained in the charity bank account for future activities.
It Is the policy of the charity that unrestricted fijnds which have not been designated for a specific use should be
maintained al a level equivalent lo between three and six month's expenditure. The Iruslees consider5 that
reserves 81 this lavel will ensure that, in the event of a significant drop in funding. they will be 8ble lo continue the
charity'5 current activities while consider81ion is given lo ways in which additional funds may be ra18ed. This level
of feserves has been maintsined Ihrougttout the year.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024, which aTe set out on p8ges 3 10 7.

The Iruslees, who are also the directors of The Hinderton Charitable Trust for the purposes of Co￿anY law, are
responsible lor the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year
under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011, the 2011 Act, and that an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject lo audit under company law and is eligible for independent
examination, il is my responsibility to..
