Legal and administrative** The full name of "the Charity" is Christian Malford Scarecrow Trail. It is a charitable incorporated organisation governed by a foundation constitution dated 23 November 2018. ## **2. Aims and organisation, review of progress and developments** The charity held no events in the period due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The receipts in the period from sponsorship and pre-sales of raffle tickets were £1,560 (2019 : £8,136). The net income, before grants, was £1,206 (2019: £5,715). The charity made grants in the year of: - £150 to the Ambulance Station providing trat boxes every Friday for a month; and - £100 to the Christian Malford luncheon Club to support the work with the older members of the ## **3. Review of financial position** The charity holds cash of £1,071 (2019: £115) as unrestricted funds. The funds will provide working capital for the Scarecrow trail in 2022. The charity has sufficient funds to meet its obligations for the foreseeable future.
