Independent Examlnerfs Report to the Trustees of Seva Street
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Seva Street {'the chariW) for
the year ended l March 2024 which comprise the summary of receipts and payments and the
statement of asset5 and liabilitles.
Thls report Is made solely to the chartys trustees, as a body, in accordance with sertion 145
of the Charrties Act 2011. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the charlty's
trustees those matters l am requlrÈd to stateto them in this report and for no other purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responslbllity to anyone
other than the charity and the chariwstrustees as a body, for my work, for this report, or for
the opinions I have formed.

As the trustees of the charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Art'l.
I report In respert of my examinatlon of the charitrfs accounts carried out under section 145
of the Act and in carryin8 Out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
glven by the Charlty Commisslon under 5ertion 14515llbl ofthe Art.

requlred In an audit and consequently does not cover all the matters that an audltor considers

limlted assurance that an independent examination can provide. Consequently, l express no
audit opinion on the accounts and my report is limitÈd to those specific matters set out in the
