The objects of the Trust are to advance the education of the pupils of Tring School by providing or assisting in the provision of such facilities for education not normally provided by the Government as the Trustees may from time to time determine.

The main source of regular income for the Trust is from one-off donations.
There were covenanted (£1,680) and non-covenanted single donations (£3,595) totalling £5,275. In addition there were regular covenanted donations of £560, non-covenanted donations of £70 and “crowdfunding” income of £298.55.
The total income for the year was £6,203.55 (2022 - £35,176.29).
During the year £30,362.83 was paid to the School for pledges made in the previous year.
The disposable value of the Trust at 31[st] March 2023 was £6,203.55 (2022 - £30,362.83). Pledges were made as follows:
