Gratitude Initiative's mission is to share knowledge, create harmony and mutual understanding
using gratitude as a framework and tool, resulting in good relations among different communities
and enhance social cohesions. On this financial year:
-
We engaged in discussions and reflections on gratitude across various platforms, including churches, conferences, and seminars.
-
We encouraged and supported churches in establishing an annual Gratitude Sunday to foster a culture of gratitude and promote community cohesion.
-
We created and shared online resources—such as reading materials, videos, and information— on all our social media platforms to educate, inform, and inspire people to adopt and practise gratitude in their personal and social lives.
-
We kept our user-friendly website up to date, providing followers, supporters, and interested individuals with more information about our charity and practical guidelines for cultivating a culture of gratitude.
-
We maintained our connections with leaders and organisations with whom we had plans to organise events.
-
We are in the process of developing resources on eight topics, including gratitude and
-
community cohesion, gratitude and mental health, and gratitude and mission, to equip churches to better serve their communities.
