**Activities:** Usk U3A provides varied opportunities for older and retired people to take part in activities - including talks and lectures, visits, book groups, bridge and other games, gardening, walking. quizzes and voluntary work -  which provide continuing learning, intellectual and physical experiences, and which foster social engagement, health benefits and independence.
