Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:-3.1 To Advance Education For Pre School Children, School Children And Other Young People Including But Not Exclusively By Improving Educational Opportunities And Outcomes For Them; And3.2 To Promote Good Physical And Mental Health Amongst Young People And Their Families Including, But Not Exclusively, By Developing And Delivering Physical Education And Sport Programmes To Encourage Healthy And Active Lifestyles. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008
