The mentoring programme u)ntinues to expand with a new programme started in August with an increased number of participants. Mentees of the pro9ramme were supported to be the first double handed female crew to race around Ireland and set a World Record, Tn the process inspiring future female salors. TMP launched a partnership with Sunsail sailing to Lyeate women speL?fic training opportunities to further upskill women. TMP continued to collat#)rate with events despite their Can￿lIatiOn in order to progress strategic development in gerHJer ali in our sport. Financial Review Review of the d￿lIty'S financial position at the end of the period P*a121 Cash at bank at 31112120 was £1.762, with £1,074 also held in a Paypal account and £30 held in a Chuffed Donation account. These funds are held in order to provide financial assistan￿ to individuals or projects promoting equality and diversty in sailing. as well as lor the general running costs of the charity which for the period in question are largely website hosting and web conferencing costs. One unrestricted donation of £1,1YX) was received during the period and one grant of £1,000 was made to support the Round Ireland Worfd RecrKd Attempt b a women's saili team.
