Contribution made by volunteers	Para 1.38	Immense. Nobody receives an income for the running of this Charity, from the Trustees right down to the U7s’ Coaches. All associated with this Charity are all volunteers.

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	Club was formed in 1938 and gained CIO status 14/11/2018. Hence, we have a long history of promoting rugby football in the Bridgend Area. As will become a theme of this report promotion of rugby football is a continual process as each season ends and new season quickly starts. Beneficiaries range from children aged from under 7 to men in their forties and beyond. Health, mental and social benefits.

Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	Ongoing, but we believe with the conclusion of each season another milestone has been achieved. We then just look forward to the new season and the process starts all over again.
Performance of fundraising activities against objectives set	Para 1.41	Fundraising achieved • Operating and running a Patron Scheme • Kit sponsorship for the U7s right through to the senior XVs • Operating and running of a 100 Club • Game and match day ball sponsorship • Fixture card and match day programme sponsorship
Investment performance against objectives	Para 1.41	During the period 1/6/20 to 31/5/21 no competitive games were allowed and only restrictive training sessions were allowed, from U6s through to the senior XVs. Such training sessions took place with limited numbers and significant restrictions, some of which were enforceable in law. This all because of operating during the constraints of the Covid 19 pandemic. Hence, it was not possible to meet our objectives.

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	See accounts. You’ll note we remain solvent. Our primary objective is to provide rugby football in the Bridgend County Borough Area. Remaining solvent from one season to the next is our next objective, which we continually monitor. But with the collective skill sets of the present Committee we don’t envisage there ever being an issue with the Club remaining solvent

Policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees	Para 1.51	To be developed. However, existing Trustees all have long associations with the Club/Charity. Therefore, we don’t envisage any changes any day soon other than through an act of God.
The charity’s organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works	Para 1.51	Trustees manage the Charity. During the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic we’ve formed an Executive Committee to deal with day to day running issues. But once the pandemic is over the day to day running of the Club is overseen by the Senior Committee for Youth and senior rugby and a mini and junior (M&J) Committee oversees the M&J sections. The same Chair, Treasurer and Sec are appointed for both Committees.
