2. Structure and management
The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, also referred to as a CIO. The charity is governed by its constitution, dated 13 November 2018.
The charity is managed by its charity trustees. The constitution states that there must be at least three charity trustees and no more than nine charity trustees.
Trustees are appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees.
The only eligible members of the CIO are its charity trustees. Membership of the CIO cannot be transferred to anyone else.
3. Charitable purpose
The charity’s purpose is to:
To advance the education of pupils in Long Wittenham Primary School, also referred to as “the school”, in particular by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the local education authority for education at the school.
4. Activities and public benefit
During the year, the charity carried out the following activities:

Other donations
These activities supported the charity’s purpose by providing resources to fund activities and equipment that support the education of pupils at the school.
The trustees have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
6. Financial review
The charity’s income for the year was £ 4910.90
The charity’s expenditure for the year was £ 1949.55 The charity’s funds at the year end were £ 25470.45
The trustees consider the charity to be financially stable for its current level of activity.
The charity has a reserves policy of holding £2000 as contingency. This will be kept for emergencies where the school needs to replace vital equipment or services quickly and no other funds are forthcoming in the time it is required
7. Custodian trustee funds
The charity does not hold any funds as custodian trustee on behalf of others.
