Five national and international churth planting and strengthenin8 conferences were held for thurch leaders and members of Advance churthes, aimed at equipping and establishing new and growing churches across the Blobe.. 2-3 February.. Advance UK Lead Elders confe￿nce in Stratford-on-Avon. To equip and strengthen church leaders and ereate collaborative tspportunities for churth plantin8.

This conference help5 to equip and envision people for church planting, strengthening and other forrns of m￿SSion and ministry within their towns and cities. 12-13 June.. Advance UK days of prayer in Cheltenham. For leaders to 8ather. 5h3re news and resources, and prèy for church planting and stren8thening. 18-19 September.. Advance UK Staff Elders Conference in Ealing. For elders employed by their churches to be equipped and envisioned to lead healthy churches that serve their communities. 22-23 Novernber.. Advance UK Conference in Poole. For members of Advance Churches in the UK to gather, pray, receive training and vision for church plantin8 and st￿ngthening worldwide. Additionally.. Advanced Church Planting Training Course.. A focused church planting trainln8 course held for prospettive church planters at various venues throughout the year. There were 16 attendees at this in 2024. Our expectatitsn 15 that we will continue to work with these people to see healthy churches started and established in various UK locations. Advance Theolo8y Course- Many partner churches ran and continue to run this course aimed at developin8 and stren8thenin8 leaders around matters of leadership. theology and ethics. Advance UK is tompri5ed of four geographic regional hubs. The leaders of churches within these hubs gather regularly to pray and plan for church planting and stren8thenin8 Wlthin their context. Our UK churches donated £37,300 to support church plantin& tralning, equipping and strengthening in Nepal and India. Similarfy. throu8h our partnership we have established 'church2thurch' partnership giving for individual churche5 to financially support the work of church plantin8 and strengthening in India and Nepal. In 2024 we launched several funds open to Advance UK churches for the purpose of theological education. church planting and strengthening. As a result of these funds. and other initiatives we were able to provide financial gifts and grant5 to support theological edU￿tiOn, church planting. trainin8, equippin8 and stren8thenin8 in these areas.. 0 £20,0(K) to support theological education and internship opportunitie5 in Cornerstone Church Newcastle £83,000 to support church plantin& training and equipping leaders and strengthening churches in Nepal and India 0 £4,￿0 to support church plantin8 in Wales o £lO.O(NJ to support a church plant in Brvssels £1.0￿ to strengthen a church in Belfast 0 £7,700 towards 5UPPOrting the work of NewFrontiers In addition to these centrally administrated transattion5. the nature of our organisation is such that individual churches are able to interact and support other partner churche5 from one church to another. This has meant that 5i8nificant assistance (financial. spiritual and adrninistrativel has been offered from church to church within our Global partnership.

Report Year Ended 31 Oe¢ember 2024 Finally, the strengthenin8 element of our partner churches in the UK means that churches are better able to serve their ttsWn5 and cities in a variety of ways through acts of Mercy and assistance to people in homeless situations (Glasgow and Poolel, Debt (London, Cardiff, the Rhondda Valley, and Poolel, Emotional Health Issue5 (Redhill and Poolel, Domestic Violence. Warm Space5 (Poolel, School Uniforrn and Food Poverty (Plymouthl, early intervention coaching and pastoral support in local schools ITryrol and in many other ways across the UK. In 2024, throu8h our partnership 8atherin8s, we have entered into discussion and planning for a church plant into Milan, Italy. We are excited to see how this develops in 2025 and beyond. 4 Flnancial Review Advance Movement UK is financially dependent upon the donations rnade by sUPPOrtin8 churches, individuals and intome generated via events. Advance Movement UK would like to thank all thè thurches, indimduals and organisatlons that have supported the charity throughout the year. During the year endin8 31. December 2024, A￿ance Movement UK had income of£182,68812023- £174,4811. For the period ended 31" December 2024, Advance Movement UK had a net loss of £108,71212023.. loss tsf £87,1651. The losses in both 2023 and 2024 are due to increased charitable activities, using reserves set aside for these purposes. Ilans for Future Perlods The Trustees aim to ensure the charity will be able to contlnue to fulfil its charitable objectives even if there is a temporary shortfall in income or unexpected expenditure. In doing this the Trustees aim to make sure that the current bud8et forecast and reserves levels allow the charity to continue in operation for a rolling 12-month period. This is reviewed at a minimum at two points within the finantial year. specific intentions for 2025 include.. The training and financing of a new church into a European City The ongthng support, development and training of churches in the UK, including starting new churches. Each of these churches will also have the expectation of 'serving' their cities by addressin8 area5 of poverty and disadvanta8e in their individual contexts. We anticipate that we will need to maintain our current level of income plus IO% in order to meet these objertives.

Advan¢e Movement UK Trustees. Report Year Ended 31 December 2024 5 Structure, Governance and Management Advance Movement UK is a Charitsble Incorporated Organisation ICIOI 8overned by constitution. The charity trustees of thè CIO are appointed by tsrdinary resolution of the members as set out in article5 11 of the constitution. Five trustees have run Advance Movement UK over this period. each with differing backgrounds and expertise that can contribute to the delivery of the charivs objectives. Every Trustee that is appginted is inducted in line wlth 8uidance laid down by the Charity Commission. The policy and key operating decisions li.e. budget setting. risk managementl of the charity lest with the trustees who meet regularly to monitor the activities of the charity. Day to day operation has been delegated to the UK Team of Matthew H05ier, Pete Cornford. Charles Friend, Matthew Leach and Richard Stamp. Advance Movement UK are affiliated to Newfrontier5. While this afffliation is important from historical, relational and maintaining value5 per5pertive it has limited impact on day-to-day operations. Report Year Ended 31 Oe¢ember 2024 Finally, the strengthenin8 element of our partner churches in the UK means that churches are better able to serve their ttsWn5 and cities in a variety of ways through acts of Mercy and assistance to people in homeless situations (Glasgow and Poolel, Debt (London, Cardiff, the Rhondda Valley, and Poolel, Emotional Health Issue5 (Redhill and Poolel, Domestic Violence. Warm Space5 (Poolel, School Uniforrn and Food Poverty (Plymouthl, early intervention coaching and pastoral support in local schools ITryrol and in many other ways across the UK. In 2024, throu8h our partnership 8atherin8s, we have entered into discussion and planning for a church plant into Milan, Italy. We are excited to see how this develops in 2025 and beyond. 4 Flnancial Review Advance Movement UK is financially dependent upon the donations rnade by sUPPOrtin8 churches, individuals and intome generated via events. Advance Movement UK would like to thank all thè thurches, indimduals and organisatlons that have supported the charity throughout the year. During the year endin8 31. December 2024, A￿ance Movement UK had income of£182,68812023- £174,4811. For the period ended 31" December 2024, Advance Movement UK had a net loss of £108,71212023.. loss tsf £87,1651. The losses in both 2023 and 2024 are due to increased charitable activities, using reserves set aside for these purposes. Ilans for Future Perlods The Trustees aim to ensure the charity will be able to contlnue to fulfil its charitable objectives even if there is a temporary shortfall in income or unexpected expenditure. In doing this the Trustees aim to make sure that the current bud8et forecast and reserves levels allow the charity to continue in operation for a rolling 12-month period. This is reviewed at a minimum at two points within the finantial year. specific intentions for 2025 include.. The training and financing of a new church into a European City The ongthng support, development and training of churches in the UK, including starting new churches. Each of these churches will also have the expectation of 'serving' their cities by addressin8 area5 of poverty and disadvanta8e in their individual contexts. We anticipate that we will need to maintain our current level of income plus IO% in order to meet these objertives.

The charity trustees of thè CIO are appointed by tsrdinary resolution of the members as set out in article5 11 of the constitution. Five trustees have run Advance Movement UK over this period. each with differing backgrounds and expertise that can contribute to the delivery of the charivs objectives. Every Trustee that is appginted is inducted in line wlth 8uidance laid down by the Charity Commission. The policy and key operating decisions li.e. budget setting. risk managementl of the charity lest with the trustees who meet regularly to monitor the activities of the charity. Day to day operation has been delegated to the UK Team of Matthew H05ier, Pete Cornford. Charles Friend, Matthew Leach and Richard Stamp. Advance Movement UK are affiliated to Newfrontier5. While this afffliation is important from historical, relational and maintaining value5 per5pertive it has limited impact on day-to-day operations.
