Plans for Future Periods
The Trustees aim to ensure the charity will be able to continue to fulfil its charitable objectives even
if there is a temporary shortfall in income or unexpected expenditure. In doing this the Trustees aim
to make sure that the current budget forecast and reserves levels allow the charity to continue in
operation for a rolling 12-month period. This is reviewed at a minimum at two points within the
financial year.
Specific intentions for 2024 are a continuation of our objectives for 2023 as follow5=
The training and financing of a new church into a European City
The ongoin8 SUPPOrt, development and training of churches in the UK. including starting
new churches. Each of these churches will also have the expectation of 'servin8' their cities
by addressing areas of poverty and disadvantage in their individual contexts.
We anticipate that we will need to maintain our current level of income plus IO% in order to
meet these objectives.

Trustees, Report
Year Ended 31 December 2023
For the period ended 31 December 2023, Advance Movement UK had a net loss of £87,16512022:
profit of £157.0051. The Ioss in 2023 is due to increased charitable activities, using reseryes set aside
for these purposes.
4 Structure, Governance and Management
Advance Movement UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation ICIOI govemed by constitution.
The charity trustees of the CIO are appointed by ordinary resolution of the members as set out in
articles 11 of the constitution.

expertise that can contribute to the delivery of the charitVs objectives. Every Trustee that is
appointed is indutted in line with guidance laid down by the Charity Commission.
The policy and key operating decisions li.e. budget setting, risk mana8ementl of the charity rest with
the trustees who meet regularly to monitor the artivities of the charity. Day to day operation has
been dele8ated to the UK Team of Matthew Hosier, Pete Cornford. Charles Friend and Andrew
Haslam.
Advance Movement UK are affiliated to Newfrontiers. While thi5 affiliation is important from a
historical, relational and maintaining values perspective it has limited impact on day-to-day
operations.
Reference and Adminlstratlve Details
