Flnance Subscriptions were set at a level designed to cover our running costs, The financial statements that follow show a surplus on general funds of £4,546.78. Report for the year Our membership numbered 267 at 31st December 2024. We contlnued to attratt members both locally and from other u33's. Although we lost some groups, they were replaced wlth new and Innovatlve ones. Members appear to enjoy their membership and encourage others to join. Attendance at the monthly meetings has increased with speakers who have been well received. They are run with a very welcomin8 and friendly style. Future We encourage all groups to advertise for more members and hope to increase our activities by introducing new groups. Membership is 8rowin8 and many individuals voILJnteer to give assistance in some way for the general benefft of knndsey u3a. We will continue to have excellent speakers at monthly meetings and we are to hold social events to encourage those who help the or8anisation to continue to flourish.
