Trustees Re ort for accounts 2025-26 The club membership has reduced to 5 active members during the last year. In April 2026 the Trustees (the 5 active members) decided that it would be necessary to close the club at the end of the Lions Clubs International financial year (30, June) Gift Aid was only claimed for the period 2024-25 and will not be claimed for 2025-26 The Charities Account receipts were significantly reduced as there was only signifcant income from the Christmas events. No meal events were held and Gift Aid claimed was significantly reduced. Funds were received from the Co-operative Community Fund, and were spent on the funding of two Prostate screening events in early 2026 Charitable donations were increased during this period. Signifcant donations were made to 5 local charities. The published figures show that in spite of having a small number of members, we have continued our mission to raise funds and distribute those for the benefit, principally of local individuals, groups and organisations.
