Atlvancemenl of hèalth The prevention and relief of poverty Rehabilitation 8nd 8ftercare Relief of people in need The charity is funded by local govemmenl lunding. in the form ol Housing Benefit for supported and exempl accommodation. This funding is ￿ceived when certain criteria are met with ￿gard to the vulnerability of thè tènants and the facl (hat the charity is a not for profil organizats'on. During the period. we reviewed numerous properties but did not enter into nèw ¢ontra¢ls. We continued to assist the beneficiaries to claim benefits to pay their rent and other benefit enlillemenls. These activities benefrted benefi¢i8ries by giving them accommodation thèy would not olherwise be able lo access easily and improving their health through the aftercare and rehabilttalion possible in these environTnents. By providing spe¢ialist housing and support for people disadvantaged by physical, mental, or leaming difficulties. we have enabled the Governmenys Supported Living Inrtialive. Achievements and Performance Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity. identifying the difference the charity's work has made to the circumstances of ils beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. 1.20 In the period, we shot￿lSted and assessed six further potential properties but did not find any of them to be of a standard suitable for the beneficiary group. The principal source of income is Tent. Our team continued lo operate four prope￿￿$ during the period. This achievement is a testament to the hard work the team puts in and the uali of the homes we source.
