Responslbllltle8 and basls of report As the trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the financial slatements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act,). I report in respect of my 8xamination of th8 Charity's ffinanal statements carried out under s8Ction 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination, I have followed all th8 applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(51{b) of the 2011 Act. Indopendent examlnerf8 Statement I have completed my examinatlon.
