The charity exists to prevent or relieve food poverty and need in Glastonbury and the surrounding BA6 and BA16 postcode area, mainly through the provision of emergency food parcels and other necessary items. Working with referral agencies, we aim to provide an individual or family with non-perishable and fresh food for a balanced diet for approximately a week.

Objects: The Charity’s Objects (‘the Objects’) Arethe Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Mainly In Glastonbury, Street, And The Surrounding Ba6 And Ba16 Area, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing Emergency Food Supplies And Other Necessary Items To Individuals In Need And/or Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Povertyto Advance The Christian Religion For The Benefit Of The Residents Of Glastonbury And Its Neighbouring Parishes By Sharing God’s Love, Mainly, But Not Exclusively, Through The Relief Of Need, Hardship Or Distress.
