l. The name of the charity is The Parish of Dittisham Charlty. It is a Charitable Incorporated
Organisation which was first incorporated on 25 October 2018 under the Charitie5 Act 2011.
2. The charity registration number is 1180440 and the HMRC charities referet7ce number is
EW97383.
3. The charl￿$ publlc address is Winterfold. The Level. Dittisham, Dartmouth Ta6 OES.
4. The charity's trustees at the dale of this report are Johnny Moulsdale. Roger Pope, Phil Unitt
and Jackle Kerslake. There is currently a vacancy for a trustee to be appolnted by the
Inhabltants of the Parish of Dittisham because of the sad death during the year of Sophla
Heseltine.
5. The chadty is governed by a Constitution which is dated 24 0rt¢)ber 2018 and is avallable on
the tharltV5 website.
6. The objett of the charity is to further suth charitable purposes under the law5 of England
and Wales in the Parish of Dittisham as the Trustees in their distretlon thlnk ffit by makln8
Rrants to support the provision or maintenance of public faulttles not normally provide(I bv
the statutory authorities.
7. Dlttisham Parish Councll may appolnt a maxlmum of two charlty trustees. Up to three
further trustee5 may be elected by the inhabitants of the Parish of Dittisham.
8. The trustees have complied with the duty in the Charities Act 2011 to have due regards to
8uldance on publlc benefit published bythe Charity ComMi￿10n in exerclslng their dutie5.
9. The charity is currently holding a level of reserves in cash and investments that the trustees
intend to build up to enable a fund to be ueated which will enable an enduring income
5tre4m to be generated for charltable purposes wlthin the parlsh.

Chairman's report
This is the sixth annual report of the Charity whrd) was formed in 2018 to assist with the prO￿510n of
Fund-raisins for variou5 projects within the Parish of Dittisham.
The Inltlal publlclty In 2018 resutted in some generous donations from resldents. over anl above
that required for the Inltial projects, and as a result we have unrestricted funds available at 31
March 2025 of some £72,￿0 whith are generating an income of approximately £2,1)tKI per annum.
Durlng the year to 31 March 2025 we made a donatlon towards the purthase of another dèfibrillator
in the parish situated in the Ham car park. We also organlsed another Apple Day in the village to
encourage parishioners to brfng their apples for pressing into juice.
In earlier years restrirted fund5 were raised for a defibrillator to be sited in Capton and for proleds
to be orlginated by Sustalnable Dittisham. At the year.end these totalled £1,033 which is held in the
bank account.
We remain available as a source of funds for any projects that will a55iSt or improve the Parfsh of any
slze or nature as well as being a vehide for parlshloners. own fiJnd-ralsin8 effotts In a tax efficient
