Our cornmunily Christmas eveni was a highlight of the year. generating great public relations and oimmunity
involvement. The evènt brought together residents of all age5, f051ering a sense of togethemess and holiday
cheer.

amongst the fvowers and enjoy the living walls T11S garden provides a tranquil and beautiful environment for

The Men's Sheds initiative conlnues to flourish, providing older community members wrth a space to pursue
hobbies. share skills and foster social connections. Meeting twice a week. participants engage in practical
activities, d15CUS5ion5 and r2maraderie. promoting mental well-being and cornbating social Isolation We have
5UPPOrted their application for capital funding from Welsh Govemment and they have been SU￿sSful in

curienlly deliver programs in Hirwaun and Cwmb*h. with plans to expand to Penywaun and T￿nant. Activities
indude play. youth activities, Issue-based 5es510ns and a health and well-being program focused on re511ience.
Volunteer Engagement
We have successfully recruited several volunteers who support various aspects of our work. induding the café
area and youth and play programs. This volunteer Jngagement is cru￿al to our future development, ensuring we
rneel our obje¢tives as a dynamic, inclusive cornrnun'ty resource. We plan to host a series of open days to gather
community feedback and ideas for our ongoing debek)pment
Futurt Dèvelopment
The groundwork for phase 2 of our Developtnent which Includes renovating the main hall a￿a into a vibrant
community space has been completed This Spa￿ will cater to arts. sporting a¢tivrties, community Tneelings, a
