## North Wolds Lions Club CIO 1180423 

## **Trustees Report for the year July 2020- June 2021** 

A small Lions club meeting on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month except August. Traditionally, a break was made to accommodate a busy time for the farming members. 

Club Membership reduced substantially during this year from fifteen to ten members. 

Fund raising was achieved as follows: 

- Holding bingo evenings 

- Easter Egg draw 

- Taking the tombola trailer to markets and a gala 

- Drive through Santa’s sleigh (to comply with Covid regulations) intended as a service and donations received via QR code 

- Donations and HMRC Gift Aid 

Expenditure on 

- Donation to District Youth (ongoing) 

- Over 80s Christmas biscuits and cards delivered 

- HMRC Gift Aid 

- Donations to junior schools, and individuals who applied to the club for funding
