CIO is constituted under 3 Constitution dated 24 October 2018, with a Charity Reference Number of
1180422 and its incorpordtion is recorded at Companies House under number CE015449.

The ￿anage[nellt ol the Charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who are elerted and co-opted

c. Induction and trnining ofTrustees
Following 3ppointmenL new Trustees will be introduced to their new role and given copies of the
Trust Deed. A number of publfications from the Charfty Comtnission will also be provlded. Trustees
are aware that itis their responslbllityto keepabreastofdevelopments in relation to thegovernance
of Charities under the Charities Art 2011.
IL OrganisatiDnal structure and deci5ion-making policies
The charity currentlyhas three trustee5who Tesponsible forthe strateg(cdirection of the charSty.
Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the charity is shared amongst the trustees.
Plans for fvture periods
The charity plans to contlnue to support a number of exlsting charAtles. In addidon the charity will
consider donafing to a new charitsble cause if the trustees agree as to the benefit of the donation
and the relevance regarding the aims of the charity.
