There were no such incidents.

At the present time we do not undertake public fundraising as our funds are provided by three donors.

We do not work with Professional Fundraisers.
## **Does your charity work with a commercial participator?**
No.
## **Is grant making the main way your charity carries out its purposes?**
Yes.

In the period no trustees were paid any monies for any reason by the Charity.

The Charity has no staff.
## **How many UK volunteers, excluding trustees, did your charity have during the financial period?**
None.
## **During the financial period for this annual return, did your charity review its financial controls?**
No.
**Has the charity obtained a standard, enhanced, or enhanced with barred lists DBS check on all trustees, employees and volunteers who are in roles that are eligible for these checks?**
No.
## **Report on the year**
Payments continued to be received from Donors during the year but when the lockdown was imposed two of the donors decided to cease their contributions. This left the Charity short of funds to pay the monies required to the diocese. On further consideration the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St Peters has resolved to make up any shortfall in contributions. Under the agreement the PCC cannot pay monies direct to the Diocese but can donate to the Charity. The deficit in the accounts is expected to be rectified by the PCC in 2021.
Payments were received from the donors and the appropriate Gift Aid was recovered.
At the present time this is the only activity of the Foundation and therefore all monies received and paid are restricted funds.
