**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL COGNITIVE AND SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS AND THEIR CARERS IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, LIFE-SKILLS, SPORTS, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, ACCOMMODATION TOGETHER WITH PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND ADVICE

**Activities:** Our aim is to enhance the lives of physically disabled adults and those with cognitive and sensory impairment, to support them to live life to the full.  We provide social activities to connect people, build friendships, reducing loneliness and isolation.  We encourage people to develop new skills and achieve independence.  We develop opportunities for people to improve their health and wellbeing.
