**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ELDERLY PEOPLE RESIDING IN SURREY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN SUCH WAYS AND BY SUCH MEANS DEEMED CHARITABLE WITHIN THE LAWS OF ENGLANDAND WALES, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING THERAPIES, ACTIVITIES, ADVICE AND INFORMATION DESIGNED TO PROMOTE BETTER PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING.

**Activities:** We offer Ki Gong, Armchair Yoga, breathing and meditation classes to the elderly in the Surrey and surrounding areas. We are currently working with Staywell in Kingston and New Malden, MILAAP in New Malden and the Kingston Chinese Association at their community centres.
