**of our traditional fund raising events**
**such as our quiz nights, car show,**

**large number of brand new toys, which**
**we sold privately and at several events,,**
**as well as giving a large number to the**
**children’s ward in a local hospital.**
**This was the first year of running our**
**own free prostate cancer check clinic,**
**where 222 men were tested, 5 of whom**
**were condition red and had to have**
**immediate treatment and 10 were**
**condition orange who were put on a**
**watch list. Such was the success of this**
**that the bulk of our fundraising this year**

**local grants totalling £1,965 to local**

**free day out for families with disabled**
**children and financing our Community**
**store which provides people in need**
**with furniture and household**
**appliances.. The council grants we**
**received for £1,844 is to help fund next**
**years prostate testing day for which we**
**have transferred £12,059 to our account**
**with the operating company, which was**
**to cover last years bill of £4,880 plus**
**enough to fund this years event, leaving**

As a result we will have a different set of trustees, three from each club.
