Such was the success of this**<br>**that the bulk of our fundraising this year**<br>**was to fund next years event.**|

The council grants we**<br>**received for £1,844 is to help fund next**<br>**years prostate testing day for which we**<br>**have transferred £12,059 to our account**<br>**with the operating company, which was**<br>**to cover last years bill of £4,880 plus**<br>**enough to fund this years event, leaving**<br>**about £2200 to kickstart the 2025 event.**|

**From 1[st] July 2024 we will be merging with Aldershot Lions Club and be renamed Farnborough and Aldershot Lions Club (C.I.O.) As a result we will have a different set of trustees, three from each club. This will double our membership and expand our activities to the whole borough of Rushmoor.** 

**This change has been ratified by Lions Clubs International and the Charity Commission.**
