Purpose: The purpose of Ignite Ministries is to advance, promote and raise awareness of the
Christian Faith and the gospel message of Jesus Chrlst: fatilitate worship to God in any part of the
world by any means.

To promote healthy living for people sufferingwFth mental health issues, drug rehabilitation; suicidal
awareness and help for the poor.
Also provide help to oftenders and ex-offenders in prlson and comln8 Out of prlson.

Igntte has carried out the aims of our charity in 2023 as follows:
Continued to network. with pastors and leaders. preaching at churches across the UK.
Attended a 5UCtsS5ful outreath events. attended by famity groups from around the UK. provided
prayer and preadbin8.
Held a number of onllne meetings during the year with our dNerse ran8e of contartS to keep in
touch.
Arran8ed meetin85 With heads of networking thurthes and sUPPOrtin8 Outreach event5 to raise
awareness of the Ignlte Minlstry.
Provided continuing support and compassknn to our Ignite supporters and also those needing
comfort and support through difficult times.

Churches are Still recovering p05t-COVID and consequently. our Income still hasn't increased as we
hoped it might.
Luke therefore continues to work on a voluntsry basis Iwith his travel expenses covered) untll we
have enough Income to be able to employ hlm agaln. He has continuedtowork to re-bulld netwoths
and Income in his own time for whith the Trustees are very 8fateful.
This current situation has hampered the re-buikling of the partnerships and events for the Charlty
significantly. We have continued to receNe a number of requests to attend overseas events but
have not been able to undertake these as yet due to lack of funds.
The charlty Is currentty financed through monthty partners. gffts. donatM)ns and 81ft aSd. Whlch we
still need to increase back to pre-COVID levels. In the future we will be seekingoutgrants to help us
to increase ourwork to help and support those In need and to be in a posltion to re-employ Luke
agaln.
Strategy and Futurn Developments
We plan to attend more church events and cOnfe￿ncestO inuease awareness of the tharlty and it's
work and build up the number of partners OTr￿ again.
When increased funds allow, we aim to attend more overseas events again.

increase awareness and attrart new partners.

trustees.

Ignlte trustees made the dffficult declslon to make Luke ￿OUndartt in 2021 and unfortunately as
Income has not Increased enou8h have been unable to ￿-eMpk*Y Luke in 2023. The Trustees are
very grateful that he is continuing to tary out work on a voluntary basis (with travel expenses
providedl and hope that Income will Increase soon to enable Luke to be re-employed.

Due to the reductk)n In income, we have been unable to a￿pt the many invitatKJns received to
mlnlster abroad and therefore most of the outgoln8s are forthe carto enable travel In the UK, plus
IT and resources.
The trustees also expressed theirthanks to Nicola, who continued to work tirelessly through the
year, keeping in touch with the Minstries supporters, as a point of contart for all those requiring
support and by being there at the other end of the phone for people facing difficult sttuations.
