Bury Faith Forum met at regular intervals during the year to discuss matters relating to the different faith communities and our involvement in local matters and matters of concern to the various faith groups. We supported and advised on the Bury Holocaust Memorial Day event. We continued to support the Covid and flu vaccination programmes. We continued the collaboration with the NHS and its chaplaincy on the new multifaith space at the local hospital. We held our first Interfaith Week event for schools since before the pandemic, welcoming 12 primary schools and two secondary schools, thus increasing awareness of the different faiths in Bury and Greater Manchester and promoting good relations between people of **different faiths. ** |
