**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AS A MEANS OF HISTORICAL APPRECIATION OF POLICE DOGS AND HOW THEY HAVE IMPACTED ON HUMAN LIFE, PAST AND PRESENT AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF HERITAGE AND THE ARTS THROUGH THE ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MEMORIAL TO PROVIDE A TRIBUTE TO THE DOGS THAT HAVE SERVED MANKIND.

**Activities:** National K9 Memorial was set up to raise funds to create the first National Memorial to recognise the sacrifice and service given by Police Dogs in the UK... this memorial has now been created and the purposes of the charity has now been met, an application to have the charity closed has now been submitted
