## **Chairman’s Report for the period January 2020 to December 2020** 

Despite the pandemic continuing throughout the year, we have managed to hold our executive meetings on a regular basis all as planned by zoom. 

We were given a brief respite in late 2020 when the tight restrictions were relaxed for a short time.  This allowed three of our regular users to return for a short time. 

Throughout the rest of the year, we have taken all necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of the building by regular inspections and visits to comply with all Covid controls and conditions of our insurers. 

At this point I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the work undertaken by our Secretary with regard to the Covid regulations and restrictions. She has been outstanding with the dedication and investigation which has been necessary to ensure continual compliance. 

Whilst on the subject of Covid, like the work of our secretary, equal mention must be recorded for the stirling work of our treasurer in securing numerous grants to help support the Club during this very difficult time. We are so lucky to have these two outstanding officers. 

Finally, many thanks to all my colleagues on the committee for their help, support and guidance during this past year.
