Trustees' Report
The Trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended March 2025.
Objectives of the Charity
The objectives of the Charity as set out in the Declaration of Trust are:

A. The advancement of the Christian Faith in the United Kingdom and abroad

B. The relief of persons who are in conditions of need, hardship, or distress or who are aged or sick, in the United Kingdom and Ghana.

C. The charity is also established to provide an enabling environment for worshipping God.
ACTIVITIES, ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CHARITY
ACTIVITIES: The following activities were organised during the year under review 2024/2025, Physical attendance, Zoom and telephone meetings and Conferences with a high turnout.
We were also privileged to Organise the following programmes during this period.

A. We managed our monthly and mid-week prayer meetings under the year under review Which was fully participated by members of the church in London physically. It was also broadcast on the Zoom Platform which was well attended.

B. HOLINESS CONFERENCE was organised from 19[th] Oct. 2024 to 20[th] October 2024 with the theme “Are you watching for His Coming” Matthew 24:42. Which was fully participated by members of the church in London and Northampton. It was also broadcast on the Zoom Platform which was well attended.

C. End of Year Christmas Convention 2024 with the theme “And the light Shineth in Darkness, and the Darkness Comprehend it not” John 1:1-5. From 19[th] December 2024-22[nd] December 2024. Which was fully participated by members of the church in London and Birmingham. It was also broadcast on the Zoom Platform which was well attended.

D. We began the year with prayers from 14[th] January 2025 to 02[nd] February 2025 quoting from Ezekiel 34:25-31 . It was such a blessing as there was a huge breakthrough for members and the testimonies of all the members. The following programmes was also organised with the theme ” When God intervenes in our lives” 2[nd] Kings 7:5-6.
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE: Heaven Seekers International were able to organise all its monthly programmes in the year 2024/2025 which was participated by the members all over the Nation. Below is all the topics:
Our charitable I ncoming Resources drop by £12,806 (12%) as compared to last year due to unemployment and cost of living among our members.
Community Benefit - Despite the drop in income, we were able to donate a non-perishable items foodbank to the members and the community who are facing cost of living crisis.
The members grown both in their spiritual life and emotional need as it was borne in testimony by the leadership and members alike in the church.

Beside the above we also organised programmes weekly bible studies, Sunday church services, Men and women ministries also organised educative programmes on Zoom and telephone platforms, all to the Glory of God.
We were able to perform some outreach programmes in both the United Kingdom and Ghana. The organisation was able to donate food, clothes, shoes, and cash to some children’s Homes in Ghana through our branch.
Heaven Seekers Ministry, UK International has four Trustees who meet in line with the Charity Commission guidance to review the charity's activities.

During 2023/2025 the charity has been able to encourage members to contribute more regularly. Alongside the regular donations, we also reviewed the donations aspect of the charity as individuals has slowdown in their zeal to undertaken various fundraising efforts due to personal issues in their lives.
To further support the work of the charity, we intend to organise more programmes and activities in the future.
Structure and Governance
Heaven Seekers Ministry, UK International is a charity; therefore, Trustees have duties that are set out by the Charity Commission.
Trustees have a duty to act in utmost good faith and must not profit personally from the charity or get into any situation whereby personal interest will conflict with the interest of the charity. If there Is any doubt about a conflict of Interest, the Charity Commission must be approached.
The Trustees recognise that their major responsibility is to ensure a good and appropriate governance of Heaven Seekers Ministry, UK International in accordance with the Charity Commission guidelines.
Public Benefit
The Trustees confirm that they have had due regard to guidance published by the Charity Commission on public benefit.
Financial Review
Heaven Seekers Ministry, UK International aims to disburse all its donations to the beneficials in UK and Ghana. We intend to save a small reserve of all donations made (unless otherwise specified are held in reserve for use in emergency situations. For example, medical or environmental damage and sponsorship.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF HEAVEN SEEKERS MINISTRY UK INTERNATIONAL
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended March 2025, which are set out on the following pages which have been prepared on the basis of the accounting policies shown in the corresponding pages.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner the trustees of the charity are responsible for the preparation of accounts: they consider that the audit requirement under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the 1993 Act)), does not apply. It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 43(3) of the 1993 Act. Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners made under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act, and State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Direction given by the Charity Commissioner’s. An examination included a review of the accounting records kept. It also includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosures in the accounts. And seeking examinations from you as trustees concerning any matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and as a result I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent Examiner’s Statement
In accordance with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
1. which gives me a reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:

to keep accounting record in accordance with section 41 of the 1993 Act and
-
to prepare which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the 1993 Act.

The trustees are satisfied that the charity is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and that members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and preparation of accounts. The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.

1. Accounting policies
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP 2005).
Incoming Resources
Incoming resources include of donations and gifts, all of which are recognised on receipt basis.
Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.
Equipment & Motor Vehicle 5% reducing balance.
