This was a financial<br>lifeline to them.<br>Our national network of volunteer local<br>representatives was invited to an<br>inaugural online meeting to discuss<br>what we can ofer and how they might<br>provide support. ## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21 At 30.11.2021 the Charity had a<br>financial position at the  positive balance of £19,500, held on its<br>end of the period behalf within the Old Stoic Society’s<br>accounts at Stowe School.<br>Income during the period consisted of<br>a 2020 grant of £3000 from the Old<br>Stoic Society.<br>As mentioned above, one grant of<br>£500, the maximum under our grants<br>policy, was awarded during this<br>financial period.  There were no Trustee<br>or other expenses.  Significant<br>amounts of volunteer time and home<br>office facilities were used at no cost,<br>and we acknowledge gratefully the<br>active support of Stowe School, the Old<br>Stoic Society and their staf.<br>Statement explaining the Para 1.22 We do not hold formal reserves.
