## **– – Bolton FM Media Academy Trustees Report 1/4/24 31/3/25.** 

**What are your charity’s charitable purpose** : Bolton Fm Media Academy was set up to provide educational support to schools and other organisations in the provision of radio and media skills. The educational programme provides a wide range of activities within communication, mathematics and trigonometry using the base of a 1 hour radio show. 

**What has been done during the year to carry out those purposes** : Activity has been low during the past year due to a difficulty in recruiting a suitable volunteer to deliver the educational programme. Efforts are being made to rectify this situation in the next 12 months and resurrect delivery of this valuable programme. 

**Has the commissions public benefit guidance been taken into account** : The public benefit guidance has been taken into account at every stage of the process and will continue to be the basis for all programme delivery and planning.
