**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN WALES, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE PROVISION.

**Activities:** We provide safe, stimulating play and early education for 2 1/2 to 4 year olds by fully qualified staff in the Flintshire/Wrexham areas.  We are a provider for the government child care offer and early entitlement schemes as well as accepting children registered with us by their parents/carers.  We actively engage with our local community and  primary school to carry out fundraising activities.
