Activities
Project Girl Foundation implements a Functional Literacy Programme to local communities in rural Nigeria where learners will use literacy skills to solve everyday problems, which will empower them to live above the poverty line. Key elements of the programme is the teaching of vocational skills so that women and community will become self-sufficient and CPD training for UK and Nigerian teachers.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Advancement And Relief Of Poverty For Girls And Local Communities Living In Rural Africa Via Education, In Particular But Not Exclusively By(a) Building Schools In Rural Africa, (B) Implementing Functional Literacy Programmes In Local Communities, (C) Teaching Girls A Trade In Schools In Order To Support Self-Reliance, (D) Educating Girls In Sexual Health And Family Planning And (E) Providing Continuous Professional Development Training For All Teaching Staff By Creating Partnerships With Teachers Andschools In The UK And Africa.
