Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	Cylch Meithrin Brynglas provide childcare for children between 2 and 5 years of age through the medium of Welsh. We also provide a wraparound service for the children attending the Nursery at the local Welsh school.

Para 1.17 and 1.19	We provide a childcare service in Welsh to promote the Welsh Language and also the ability of a wraparound from the Nursery at the local Welsh school. We accept the childcare ofer, Child tax credit, we provide Education spaces and Flying Start Spaces.

Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the reqU1￿ments of the Charities Act 2011 1.the Acr). I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying OLrt my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
