**Norfolk Badger Trust collect, validate (where appropriate) and collate badger records (setts, live sightings and dead animals) from trustees, members and the general public via voluntary reporting. All of the activities listed above have benefitted badgers and/or the public.  By offering advice and information Norfolk Badger Trust have been able to effectively promote the conservation and protection of badgers, which in turn ensures the ecosystem services they provide humanity persist.  These activities also facilitate a reduction in humanbadger conflict e.g. through minimising damage to property or promoting mitigation to reduce road vehicle collisions with badgers, and allowing people to work within the laws pertaining to badgers and their setts.**
