The trustees preseni their report with the financial stsiements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025. The trustees
have adopted the provisions of Accounting aiid Reponit](T by Charities.. Statemeiit of Recommended Practice applicable
to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
Repiiblic of Ireland IFRS 1021 {effective l January 20191.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

The objects of tlie charity a5 set out in its governiiig document are the advancenient of the Cl)ristian faith and the relief of
pe150I15 in need.
Public benefit
The bodrd of trustees 15 Satisfied with the peifomiaiiee of the charity during the year and in plaiining the activities the
trustees have had regard to the Charity Comn)ission's guidance on public benefit.
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Charitable aetivities
The charity partners with a charity in India named Global Socio Educational and Chariiable Trust (GSECT}, a registered
chariiy in India Iwww.gseci.com). GSECT is involved in various developmenthl and educational activities in India.
t)uring the year, Ihe charity was able to donate £156.000 to GSECT to further its charitable work in India.
FINANCIAL RF.VIEW
Financial position
The charity is reliant on the generous giving L)f individuals and organisaiions in the UK.
The Charity currently does not have any fixed overheads and therefore the trustees, ar¢ satisfied with minimal reserves
held.
STRUCTURE, C.OVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Governing document
Tl)e charity IS LTOVell)ed by it5 constitution adopted on 24 September 2018 and constitutes a Charitable Incotporated
Organi5ation (CIO) as defined by the Charities Act 2011.
Recruitrnent and appointment of new trustees
New trustees are appointed by a re501ution at a meetii)g of the trllstees with regard to the skills, knowledge and experience
needed for the charity.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the finaneial statements
The fiiiancial statements of the CIO. which is a public benefit entity ut]der FRS 102, have been prepared in

is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabiliiies are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity to that expendiiure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in seitlen)eni and
Ihe amouni of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has
been classified under headings that aggregate all cost relaied to Ihe category. Where costs cannoi be direcily
aiiribuied to particular headings thej have been allocaied w activities on a basis coi)Si8teni with the use of
resources.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitsble activities.
Fund accounting
Unr¢strict¢d funds ¢an be used in accordan¢e with the charitable obje¢tives at Ihe discretion of the trustees.
Restricted ￿ndS can onlv be used for particulgr restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. R¢strirtions
