**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

The charity is currently working to create the gardens that will be used to fulfil the charitable objectives. Development of the gardens slowed down during the year ended 29 February 2024 and into the year ended 28 February 2025 because of issues surrounding planning permissions however the trustees and pleased to be able to report that these issues have now been resolved and the charity is able to push forward with the delivery of its objectives.

Further work has been done on planting the gardens. Including the Trustees, the charity currently has 9 volunteers registered to provide occasional assistance with this work. Following the year end the company has employed 3 individuals on a part time basis to assist with the work that is required in and on the gardens.

Produce continues to be grown for donation to local food banks in the poly tunnels, providing support to other local charities who in turn provide support to those in need.

We would like to give our thanks to Warranty Solutions Group Ltd for their continued support to the charity with the donation of some time and expertise from their staff.

## **Independent examiner's statement**

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,:

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
