Hlghllghts and achl•v•me
Tho hall, which fnt opened lonna*y on 24th June 2023, opera￿1 all Y￿r. In August
2023 the hall had an occupanq rate of 1VA. peaked at 30% in Marth 2024 and 15
rrentty at 21 % due to issues tha hall had wrth acousts'cs {now resolved). Thre were
427 booknngs over the past finanaal year. ￿ of ￿Ere regular hirer5, 17% were
genwal hirers and 14% were communty everts. Tr hall hye has generated an
income Qf£24.￿7.b8t1bwn Septwnber 1st 2023 and Auguyt 31st 2024.
Community events hokj during the year I￿￿￿ed.. 'Communi-Tea' drop-in, open
events for Halloween and for D-Day Annr￿8ary Celebratiorts. Our communty wlic*
officer has ￿ld regulw dropin 8es8iCmS.
Examples of regular users induda: chikjren's parties, wakes, exerase dasse8. canasta
dub, photogrwhy Club. NHS groups, Faversham njnners and many otsrs.

mechanical fioor sc¥ubber, and a ct)mmercial coffee maker. The Trustèès continue to
improve the envircnment a￿1 phy￿c81 assets of the Hall, usipo grant and donation

During the year PFCA has ddivered three newsletters to all households in Ospringe
and Painters Forstal. hall has a Fac*bwk page and ￿ Instagram account Tho
Fa￿boOk page has gro￿Tr frorn 186 follth4Ers in Septthnb8r 2023 to 274 fdlowers in
August 2024. Instsgram has grcrtvn from 124 follo￿￿3 to 218 folk)wers.
